Room availability: on the day of arrival your room will be available from 2 p.m.; on the day of departure please leave the room by 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION TERMS
In line with the European standard and in lack of other agreements, if a reservation is cancelled or departure is anticipated, the following will be charged:
● within 8 days from arrival: no charge;
● from the 7th day before arrival: 1 night’s stay, regardless of the number of nights booked;
● early departure: we reserve the right to charge the entire amount of the stay.
If VAT is changed, we reserve the right to adjust our rates.
